PTFE Lined Thermoplastic Hose
has excellent flexibility with small bending radius and is suitable for very high pressure hydraulic systems like jacks, cylinders, rescue equipments, mining equipments, etc.
It is an ideal hose designed for outdoor applications as it’s excellent abrasion and hydrolysis resistance.
Construction
Inner core made of polyamide, reinforcement of high tensile steel braids and exterior cover made of anti-abrasion polyurethane.
Core : Thermoplastic Elastomer
Reinforcement : Option 1 – Double braids of steel wire Option 2 – One or more braids of aramid fiber with one braid of steel wire
Cover : Polyurethane, Red Orange Colour*
Temperature : Continuous: -40°C to +100°C ; Temp. not to exceed +70°C for Air and Water based fluids

Applications
Very High-Pressure hydraulic lines 300 to 700 bar
It is compact, high pressure, light weight, high abrasion resistance and low change in length for use with petroleum, synthetic or water-based fluid in hydraulic systems
Mainly used for rescue, safety equipment, bolt tensioning tools and jacking & re-railing equipment also
Suitable for earthmoving and material handling equipment
