Heavy duty high pressure PTFE Hose
has high flexibility and is specially designed for diverse greasing and lubrication applications of the industrial, hand held or automatic (centralized) grease distribution equipments.
Construction
Inner core made of of polyester (or polyamide*), braided reinforcement of polyester fiber and outer covering of shiny black polyurethane.
Core : Thermoplastic Elastomer
Reinforcement :Option 1 – One or more braids of synthetic fiber, Option 2 – One or more braids of aramid fiber
Cover : Polyurethane, Black Colour
Temperature : Continuous: -40°C to +60°C
* Different color outer covers available on request.
Applications
High pressure mini hydraulic Lines 300 to 400 bar.
Suitable for hydraulic application with increased resistance to abrasion for use with petroleum, synthetic or water based fluids
