Corrugated Hose
SS Corrugated Hose And Hose Assemblies are manufactured in stainless steel ANSI 304, 316 and 321 grades. The annular corrugated metallic hose body provides flexibility and pressure resistance. These hoses have high physical strength, high temperature resistance and are highly corrosion resistant. They are also resistant to fire and moisture. These have medium flexibility and help dampen/reduce the amplitude of vibration at the outlet of the piping system.
We also manufacture highly flexible close – pitch hoses for special applications. SS Corrugated Hose are offered from Size:1/4″ (DN 6) to 12″(DN 300).

Application
Our stainless steel hose assemblies are available with a wide range of end connections, bore sizes and lengths according to our customer requirements. Typical metallic hose application includes all chemical industries, iron and steel manufacturing, oil and gas industry, paper and board manufacturing, and all process and liquid handling industries.
The main application of Stainless Steel Corrugated hose assemblies is where synthetic rubber hoses & plastic hoses do not work well i.e. for hot water, steam, condensate, gas, corrosive liquids, acids, ammonia, carbonic & tartaric acids, tannic acid, nitric acid, sulphuric acid, dye stuff, mercury etc.
