Convoluted PTFE Hose
Convoluted PTFE Hose are thermoplastic type high pressure airless paint spray systems for pressure ranging from 100 bar to 450 bar. Suitable for applications requiring chemical resistance to solvents and aggressive fluids.
Due to low permeation value of polyamide, the hose is also suitable for industrial gases
These hoses are available in custom lengths and with custom end fittings.
Construction
Clear PVC construction and reinforced with a rigid spiralcoil framework.
Core : Polyamide / Nylon
Reinforcement : Single or Double braid of steel wire
Cover : Polyurethane, Blue Colour, Pin pricking (Optional)
Temperature : -40°C to 100°C
Colour : Blue / Red / Yellow
